Sky High Farm is expanding its working regenerative farm to a 560-acre landscape in Pine Plains, New York. Over an eight-month engagement, we are developing a Vision Charter that establishes the decision-making architecture for the organization’s next chapter, from resource allocation to programmatic priorities.

The work spans positionality analysis, theory of change, mission and values revision, and asset mapping, developed through staff and board workshops, cultural-historic research, and stakeholder alignment.
