RAY builds residential buildings where art and architecture share equal billing. Each project combines considered architecture, curated fine art collections, and programming that connects residents to their neighbors, neighborhoods, and culture. We served as strategic consultant to develop the brand into a cultural enterprise, extending its leadership in contemporary art into ground-up real estate. The scope included brand strategy, investment product positioning, competitive analysis, and environmental strategy for multiple sites including the first development, RAY Philly. We also developed mission and vision narratives, partnership frameworks, and programmatic scenarios addressing sustainability, communal living, technology, health, and arts patronage.
