Ray is a new development brand focused on creating an ecosystem around the future of living through conversations, technology, partnerships, and built spaces. For Ray’s first location in the Kensington neighborhood of Philadelphia, Leong Leong developed the exterior and interior design of the project. Ray’s ecosystem is centered around its branded residential portfolio: ground up construction of multi-family buildings designed by thoughtful architects at the intersection of art & culture, community, and accessible pricing. Ray also invests in technology, products, and services in real estate and consumer spaces, with its buildings acting as both an experimental space and go-to-market strategy. Ray acts as a platform for interdisciplinary collaboration in the worlds of architecture, design, and real estate, bringing the work of experts to life through its built spaces.
