A 3,700-square-foot renovation located on the ground floor of a Lower East Side tenement building. The main gallery space is inserted into a historically-restored building shell (ceilings, walls, and storefront) with an adjacent office space. Following a narrow corridor through the back of the gallery leads to a secondary, sky-lit exhibition space.
